We had an amazing day of food, fun, fellowship, and prayer with the residents at Cambridge Park Apartments, making it our second neighborhood cookout this spring/summer. We are grateful for the service and support of Redemption Church for their sponsorship. Thanks also to our partners at CMPD Westover and the Stratford YMCA for stopping by. We made many new friends and with several asking, “When is the next cookout?”

The West Blvd Ministry Neighborhood Cookout Season officially began this last Saturday, April 13th. We partnered with the good people at Cambridge Park Aparments off West Blvd. Over 150 children and parents had fellowship with the WBM team, YMCA, CMPD Westover, and the Corners Society. Kona Ice, an eGame truck, and a DJ were on hand for entertainment and refreshments. We braved the inclement weather during our setup, but when the event started, the rain stopped, the clouds parted, and the sun shined bright. God did his part in so many ways.
