Last Saturday, West Blvd Ministry partnered with the Dilworth Little League for our Home Run Derby and Coat Drive at Freedom Park. We had over 75 contestants in three different age groups (10 and under; 13 and under; 14+). We were delayed a bit from the rain — twice — but that didn’t stop us from collecting coats for our friends and neighbors in the West Blvd corridor. WBM extends its deepest gratitude for the wonderful patience and effort from our team of volunteers, participants, and parents.
West Blvd Ministry is blessed to partner with Dilworth Little League this season. WBM will put on the Home Run Derby during the closing ceremonies of the league in June, as well as coordinate an upcoming coat drive.
