West Blvd Ministry is one step closer to completion of the Burnette & Nobles Basketball Court at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Westover Division. The court will honor Officers John Burnette & Andy Nobles who lost their lives in service on October 5th, 1993. Today the court was painted and finishing touches will come with a plaque honoring both CMPD Westover Officers.
